CREATING A SHORTCUT ON YOUR PHONE OR TABLET HOME SCREEN

-If you are out in the field or at a desktop computer and want to see a big picture of all of your work orders..(we can also put other reports on this screen in the future).

To save this on your Android phone home page:

1. Go to the website or link (time card dashboard, gusto or insurance)

2. Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner - See Screen Shot 1

3. Click on Add to Home Screen See Screenshot 2

4. Name the Icon that will be on your home screen ( You can enter a custom name or leave esolutions/intranet as the name See Screenshot 3

5. It will bring you to a screen where you can drag it to your home screen or add it manually. (I dragged the E Icon to my main home screen) See Screenshot 4

6. The link will appear on your phone See Screenshot 5

7.When you first login to Mobi, you will go to our main company dashboard. Once you are logged in you can go to the link above that is your personal dashboard.

8. Close your browser and go back to the ICON we created above.

9. Once you have logged on, you can go to your dashboard page. you can see your work orders here.

You may have to zoom in as this is made for the desktop program.
